An Osho Explosion with Swami Anand Arun!

All the Photos are available now on these Websites:

Osho Meditation Camp with Sw. Anand Arun

Meditation Camp 2009 by Swami Deva Pravasi (Very artistic Photography by Pravasi !!!)

Life's Poetic Flare...

I've learned slowly that one should always expect surprises and never doubt the mysteries of life. Such was the surprise with the outcome of the Osho Meditation Camp with Swami Anand Arun.

I worked endlessly to make it happen and at the same time worried periodically, hoped passionately and waited patiently for something I could not control. However, during the entire process an energy was burning within to continue, continue, continue...

I recall a time at Osho Tapoban during an evening white-robe celebration when I saw a video of my master Osho. I allowed many tears to flow freely as I saw such a magnetic, beautiful, refreshing human being inspiring each molecule of my body and soul to go within. At that moment I allowed myself to surrender completely in love and feel the thirst to dissolve with my Master..

Since than the play of Osho has completely taken my life...

This Meditation Camp has reminded me that it is possible to transform within and without by simply allowing life to unfold and be a medium. Things happened so smoothly, so gracefully with poetic flare that I rejoice in gratitude for such a colourful life I am living.

Over 35 people attended this memorable event and danced in joy, harmony and oneness for a weekend to explore within. Surrounded by the remote beautiful landscape of Northumberland County in Cobourg, the setting couldn't have been better for early morning Dynamic Meditation (where I lost my voice two days in a row).

I could tell Sw. Anand Arun was very tired after conducting more than 4 meditation camps in cities across the United States, but an energy also surrounded him to continue on. His presence and love for Osho resonated deeply with those whom did not even know of him. His devotion toward his beloved Master brought tears and gratitude toward many. If there was a bonus, it was Sw. Anand Arun's infamous choice of music that could easily make us dance for hours into the night.

So Beloved Friends, let's meditate and celebrate by expanding the buddhafield of Osho. My body, soul and mind is vibrating with the dream of an Osho BuddhaField in Canada (in my backyard).

Love

Sw. Dhyan Amrits

I Feel Like I Left Something Behind...

By Swami Emanio Satyakam
“I feel like I left something behind,” I say as we drive away from the camp.
“Yeah, we left all our baggage back there,” she says with a twinkle in her eye.

The sky is empty blue and crisp
Green summer trees sing songs to each other in the wind
To my right there is a huge field of yellow mustard flowers
Shining bright and blinding like the sun
The breath comes in and out from a distance
And thoughts fly by my vision like self obsessed birds
Presence is strong now, and the mind is weak in the vastness of this emptiness

“Welcome to the first day of the rest of our lives.” I say to a newly born butterfly named Prem Kala. She’s sitting beside me in the car with awe in her smile.

As we drive through the Northumberland hills, words come from our lips and minds, but they all sound rather insignificant and impersonal. Even the most fascinating stories have the distant ring of dullness. Even our own histories and identities appear as mere dreams now, dramas upon dramas that caused such attachment at one time.

We talk about the dramas of the past as if we’re walking out of a movie theatre into fresh reality.
As we drive back to Niagara, we talk and listen, and finally settle on a topic that is inspiring to us all: a full time commune in Ontario that is fuelled by peace, love and understanding. A place where people are encouraged to be themselves, a space for alchemy to happen. A communal garden, a shared living space, a celebration of nature and simplicity, a daily schedule of meditations and celebrations that lead us to ourselves and to each other. A place where weeds are uprooted and flowers are grown. A process, not a destination. A stage where dancers go in and dances come out. Where musicians transform into music, where artists become art. Where victims and patients become Masters of themselves through meditation and patience. Where truth is celebrated and illusions are transcended.

Perhaps this dream is also an illusion. But as long as these body-mind entities roam the earth it is the best dream I can think of having.

A dream that is on the threshold of the real.
A finger that is pointing to the moon.

Let us come together again and again and celebrate that which showers us with laughter and tears of bliss, which unifies us with All, which humbles our minds and empowers our Being. Let us join our love and resources together, because we are together in truth, beyond the fragmented egos and illusions of the world. And because flowers flourish when cared for in gardens of meditation.

Love,

Emanio Satyakam

ps. Thank you everyone for your openness and love during this meditation camp with Swami Arun, it was incredible. I look forward to seeing as many of you as soon as possible! Come visit Niagara!

8 Days Until the Osho Meditation Camp with Sw. Anand Arun

There is still 8 days left until the Osho Meditation Camp with Sw. Anand Arun in Cobourg, Ontario. Sw. Anand Arun is travelling across North America and the osho wildfire is now uncontrollable! You still have time to sign up and be part of this meditation camp.

Sw. Arun's health is very fragile at the moment as well, and so I urge anyone who would like to participate to not hesitate because of financial stress (and let me know). The energy created within these meditation camps with Sw. Anand Arun is unique in the world.

Highlights from the Osho Spring Festival!

What a Day of total Celebration!
The Osho Silence Meditation Retreat was a tremendous success and there was enough energy in the room to take the roof off. The silence was penetrating, the dance was contagious, eyes were closed & hearts were opened. Osho's various meditation techniques were introduced along with his discourses, but most importantly, His energy. Osho is the energy & fragrance of an enlightened master opening the doors to all the Buddhas of the past, the present and those to come. An energy saying AWAKE AWAKE AWAKE....
A similar two-day meditation workshop called Osho Awareness Intensive with Ma Dharm Jyoti is coming soon in June! Please register soon to book your spot!

Osho Neo Sannyas: A Flight Into the Open Sky...

Neena becomes Ma Yoga Niyati with beloved Ma Anu

On April 25, Osho Jagaran Meditation Center hosted a spontaneous Sannyas Celebration. Ma Anu initiated Ma Yoga Niyati, and the energy was absolutely riveting. Here is what Osho says about Sannyas:

Sannyas means courage more than anything else, because it is a declaration of your individuality, a declaration of freedom, a declaration that you will not be any more part of the mob madness, the mob psychology. It is a declaration that you are becoming universal; you will not belong to any country, to any church, to any race, to any religion.

Join in on the dance for some of our major upcoming events in May, June and July...

Ma Dharm Jyoti is one of Osho’s first disciples during his time in Bombay. She is the author of an internationally renowned book, 100 Tales for Ten Thousand Buddhas.

"This is an invitation to explore a new way of life. Each moment in our life, we are at a cross road: between unawareness and awareness, between being absent or being present. The mind lives in a sort of sleep. In this weekend intensive we will have another look at our lives and will experiment with some of the chosen techniques devised by Osho, to rediscover our real being in its innocence and purity. Osho defines meditation as total sensitivity. This workshop can lead you to an experience of inner harmony, relaxation and expanded awareness. "
Meditation is not contemplation because it is not thinking at all – consistent, inconsistent, crazy, sane. It is not thinking at all; it is witnessing. It is just sitting silently deep within yourself, looking at whatsoever is happening inside and outside both. Outside there is traffic noise, inside there is also traffic noise -- the traffic in the head. So many thoughts – trucks and buses of thoughts and trains and airplanes of thoughts, rushing in every direction. But you are simply sitting aloof, unconcerned, watching everything with no evaluation.

"I am not much of a religious person, I am not a saint, I have nothing to do with spirituality. All those categories are irrelevant about me. You cannot categorize me, you cannot pigeonhole me. But one thing can be said, that my whole effort is to help you release the energy called love-intelligence. If love-intelligence is released, you are healed."

Osho Sadhana Awareness: Osho Silence Meditation Retreat

The Osho Silence Meditation Retreat in Brampton, Ontario, held recently this weekend was incredible. Many new and old friends joined and took a further look into their beings and reality. The silence was tangible and the energy delightful---a space to tranform and transend.

Those whom were new to Osho Meditations and the mystic himself, were given a taste of silence through movement---and stillness too.

Many Osho Discourses, books, photos and robes were put on sale---so the message and fragrance could be taken home.

The evening finished with celebration and dance---two things an Osho event can't miss out on. Every month a meditation event of this nature will soon be planned. But if you are in the Greater Toronto Area (Inlcuding Toronto) or Guelph, contact me for further details on future events. Regular weekly events will continue.

Book NOW!

Sunday FEBRUARY 22nd, Brampton, Ontario.

Meditation doesn't have to be an abstract, beautiful-from-a-distance, phenomenon----it can be experienced here and now. You need not go to a monastarey or temple nor try over and over to close your eyes and relax. Osho a contemporary spiritual mystic has devised modern meditation techniques for today's fast-paced stressed-out indviduals. Influencing the great teachers of today like Deepak Chopra and Dalai Lama, Osho (1931-1990) has transformed millions of lives in the last 30 years. His silent revolution continues as his some 500 books (taken from live talks) have taken roots in the present-day spiritual supermarket of thinkers, philosophers and teachers. Come and experience meditation for peace, freedom, tranquility---and joy (the part Osho really stressed)!

Diving into Oneself at the Jagaran Osho Meditation Center

Who am I?

This penetrating question is the reason for all desire, seeking, creativity and destruction. This ignorance and mystery of our own existence brings pain and pleasure, light and darkness, and the sweet taste of life itself.

Osho, against contrary popular belief, is not a Guruji or Prophet, Messiah or God-man----No. We are not followers and blind-worshippers of a man who left his body some 20 years back. My own experience is that Osho is simply a mirror to our selves, as all enlightened ones were, are and will be.

We create this psuedo truth that they will save us, they will unveil the truth and ultimately dance with them in the garden of eden. But as Osho has stated many times again, he is not here to make a dependent following; he is here to push us back to ourselves. Osho created situations, experiments, and discourses so that we ourselves could discover the true nature of existence and conciousness.

Many interpret him, including myself. But I always explain that I am simply a technician when it comes to meditation and I only speak according to my experience as authority--not Osho. I borrow Osho and make it clear that it is only my interpretation, and every person will have their own way of knowing. Thus, in my understanding, I promote freedom of understanding rather than conforming to understanding (yes there are many understandings in that statement).

These meditation centers are simply growth vehicles and situation-creating environments where people can dive into themselves. They are not churches or mosques, synogogues or temples---a meditation center is sacred but not a monopoly for truth. They are labratories for conciousness and growth, and if created with this understanding than hopefully Osho won't be a Jesus re-run.

So join us and meditate, celebrate and know yourselves a little deeper. Its not the number of people that make truth available nor are groups prerequisites for inner growth: but the sharing of energies is an orgasmic experience. As poets say again and again we are simply, "Just spreading the love" and celebrating existence, perhaps the only alternative to our poor history of politicians, priests and god-men.
