Diving into Oneself at the Jagaran Osho Meditation Center

Who am I?

This penetrating question is the reason for all desire, seeking, creativity and destruction. This ignorance and mystery of our own existence brings pain and pleasure, light and darkness, and the sweet taste of life itself.

Osho, against contrary popular belief, is not a Guruji or Prophet, Messiah or God-man----No. We are not followers and blind-worshippers of a man who left his body some 20 years back. My own experience is that Osho is simply a mirror to our selves, as all enlightened ones were, are and will be.

We create this psuedo truth that they will save us, they will unveil the truth and ultimately dance with them in the garden of eden. But as Osho has stated many times again, he is not here to make a dependent following; he is here to push us back to ourselves. Osho created situations, experiments, and discourses so that we ourselves could discover the true nature of existence and conciousness.

Many interpret him, including myself. But I always explain that I am simply a technician when it comes to meditation and I only speak according to my experience as authority--not Osho. I borrow Osho and make it clear that it is only my interpretation, and every person will have their own way of knowing. Thus, in my understanding, I promote freedom of understanding rather than conforming to understanding (yes there are many understandings in that statement).

These meditation centers are simply growth vehicles and situation-creating environments where people can dive into themselves. They are not churches or mosques, synogogues or temples---a meditation center is sacred but not a monopoly for truth. They are labratories for conciousness and growth, and if created with this understanding than hopefully Osho won't be a Jesus re-run.

So join us and meditate, celebrate and know yourselves a little deeper. Its not the number of people that make truth available nor are groups prerequisites for inner growth: but the sharing of energies is an orgasmic experience. As poets say again and again we are simply, "Just spreading the love" and celebrating existence, perhaps the only alternative to our poor history of politicians, priests and god-men.

The New Year Begins in Madhuban Osho Meditation Center

Friends, the new year begins at the Osho Madhuban Meditation Center in Guelph, Ontario. The new year was celebrated with Sw. Krishnadev Satyarthi's birthday as well, afterwards. The meditation hosted a rare video by Osho: Interviews with the Press Compilation documentary. Osho's zest for life, beauty and meditation shined and a small glimpse of the master was felt by those who never saw him in person.
The New Year will certainly have many things happen for the Osho revolution and Osho Ontario, however, who lives for tommorow--let's enjoy this moment!
