Anu Ma has been hosting meditations in her home since 1992 and has created a marvelous space for peace and meditation. Her aesthetic sense, followed by a calming presence, gave a taste of meditation to many people.All the spots to the meditation at Anu Ma's have been booked for Saturday, July 19, but I will post pictures about the event after.
We will be continuing groups on a regular basis as well in the month of August.
